SPM (Salford Systems Predictive Mining Suite)

Salford Systems Predictive Mining Suite (SPM) is a highly accurate and ultra-fast platform for developing predictive, descriptive, and analytical models from databases of any size, complexity, or organization. Salford SPM automation accelerates the process of model building by conducting substantial portions of the model exploration and refinement process for the analyst. While the analyst is always in full control, we optionally anticipate the analyst's next best steps and package a complete set of results from alternative modeling strategies for easy review. Core components include: CART\xAE, MARS\xAE, Tree Net\xAE, and Random Forests\xAE. Command-line only versions also include: Linear and Logistic regression; Generalized Correlation matrices for variable clustering; PathseekerTM (offers ultra-fast lasso and super-lasso models for variable selection and coefficient shrinkage in both linear and logistic regression settings); and, Tree Ensemble Compression (allows post-processing of multi-tree models to extract compressed ensembles consisting of fewer trees).
